Scope of work

  • The service is implemented as requested from Client. All information must be clearly provided by Client.
  • Any extra time caused by Client, such as not providing enough data or providing unclear information, will be charged in the service.
  • Any requests that require more than data entry will be out of the scope.

Payment & Warranty

  • Data Entry Service is offered only to jobs with at least 60 hours of workload per month.
  • BSS Commerce is responsible for fixing all data issues caused by our Data Entry Service with free of cost after 14 days from the latest delivery.
