What Is Amazon Pay Log?
The Amazon Pay extension can collect and provide viewable and downloadable logs for client and IPN actions and tracked access.
To be more specific, Amazon Pay will log the following information:
- For clients, it logs all API calls and responses.
- For INP, it logs all instant payment notifications sent by Amazon.
In the Amazon Pay configuration, you can enable the logging feature to generate logs and log all API calls and IPN notifications.
By default, this feature is enabled. However, you can disable this feature if you want.

Display and download Amazon Logs
To display and download Amazon logs, you need to follow two steps:
Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Stores > Configuration > Sales > Payment Methods
Step 2: For the Amazon Pay method, click Configure
Step 3: Expand the Advanced section then expand Developer Options
In the Amazon Pay Developer Options, there will be two scenarios:
- If logs are available, select a link to download and view those client and IPN logs.
- If logs aren’t available or haven’t been generated, there will be a message that says “No logs are currently available”.
In case the error message shows, please check if you have enabled the logging feature.
