BSS started on December 21, 2012, as a small firm with just 3 members. Our top priority is to provide high-quality products and services to customers all over the world. That is how the name BSS – Best Success Solution – came to be. How quickly time passes that BSS is now celebrating our 10th anniversary.
10 Years Of Unrelenting Effort And Dedication
The road to becoming a successful business is no bed of roses. We also had to face with hundred challenges before we could be proud of our achievements. Let’s take a look at our last 10-year journey.
In 2014, BSS launched the BSS Commerce brand to develop extensions for Magento and BSSGeek for solution & service consulting packages. By 2019, these two brands had merged into BSS Commerce, allowing us to concentrate our efforts on professionalizing the BSS brand. Until now, BSS has developed over 200 Magento extensions and has received over 86,000 orders with more than 800 5-star reviews on the Trustpilot platform. In particular, BSS’s solution consulting service segment has had more than 550 successful projects, serving more than 75,000 customers from 150 countries worldwide. BSS is also the first and only company in Southeast Asia certified as both Magento Solution Partner and Magento Technology Partner.
In 2019, BSS Commerce took on the challenge of starting working on a new potential technology – Shopify. From zero to hero, the Shopify department has become one of BSS’s fastest-growing teams. We built 09 Shopify apps in just two years, rose to the top of the B2B Shopify app rankings, served over 65.000 global customers, and received 1500 reviews on the Shopify app store, resulting in a 40-fold increase in revenue.
In 2022, BSS officially acquired Magestore and SimiCart into the BSS ecosystem, marking an important milestone in our incredible growth. Magestore’s world’s #1 POS for Magento, as well as Simicart’s PWA and mobile app solutions, are the perfect missing pieces of BSS’s “full-service solution” picture for providing more value to customers.

“Customer orientation” is an outstanding value at BSS because it stems from the mindset of our CEO and managers, and we have maintained it for over ten years. That is also why, after choosing BSS, the majority of customers will stay with us for a long time. Over 90% of our customers have been with us for more than five years. Over the past 10 years, BSS Commerce has constantly been evolving and innovating to go above and beyond our customer’s expectations. Our team of experts consistently improves and learns to enhance their expertise. We are happy and proud to announce that BSS Commerce has 2 experts who became Magento Maintainers (Adobe has 40 Magento Maintainers globally, and in Vietnam, there are only 3 people!).
