Add Customer IP to sales documents in Magento 2
- On the Admin Sidebar, navigate to Stores> Settings > Configuration
- On the left side, down to the Sales tab, choose Sales
- Open the General settings
In Hide Customer IP, you can turn on/off the function that whether a customer IP is shown in orders, invoices, shipments, and credit memos or not.
In this case, choose Yes to display the customer IP in the sales documents. Here is an example.
