Fix: choosing shipping/payment method, shipping/payment address bugs. Fix Amazon pay, subscribe, gift wrap, and discount bugs. Fix loading problems. Fix bug showing required fields when there isn’t any action at the checkout page. Fix CSS bug for the “compare” button.
