On the way to perfect O88’s service system…
As an industry-leading optical retailer, O88 is constantly striving to innovate and improve its offerings. The brand understands the importance of providing a positive customer experience throughout the service usage process. As a result, in addition to the dense physical stores and the well-built Magento e-shop system, the brand decided to improve its booking system to allow customers to book eye exams online/virtually.
At the time, O88’s Magento system was integrated with Appointedd, a booking system, so online customers could make bookings through Magento, while staff could make bookings through the Appointedd microsite. However, as the brand grows, the number of bookings created by the staff grows exponentially, and the Appointedd microsite cannot keep up. As a result, O88 feels the need to launch this new booking system for O88 staff to book/edit and cancel bookings in order to better serve their customers.

Understanding the needs of O88, the BSS development team analyzed current system issues and checked the customer’s requirements. Then, we customized and added features to the Appointedd app on Odoo to meet the brand’s requirements.
