Most purchasers expect to process their payment under the familiar currency of their countries.

However, with Magento default, customers always have to pay with only one base currency of the website, no matter which store view they are shopping on.

  • Hey, I am using the Amasty - GEO IP to display currencies for my products for different countries, but upon checkout, its reverts to base currency (EURO) I only have 2 stores set up, EN (english) and PL (Polish) Polish uses Zlote fine as its the base currency for that store but how can i use your plug in to change check out currency for the EN store based on location. I dont want to build stores for multiple english speaking countries! I only want USD for USA and Canada, GBP for UK and the rest of the world (apart from poland) can stay EURO. Will your plug in solve it and how long does it take to install? Thanks Richard.

    We regret that our extension doesn't support to switch currency based on location just on only one storeview. 
     
    Checkout with Display Currency only helps you to allow customer checkout by a displayed currency which you could set up per store view.
