The Magento 2 Reorder Product List helps customer to list all products they have ordered before & from that, they can be able to reorder multiple products from the list.

If you want to have the function from the backend, we're afraid that our extension doesn't support this feature.

Since you are looking for a solution to allow admin to create an order from the backend, may we suggest you to have a look at our M2 Login as Customer, it will help you to login to the store under the account of actual customer & perform all the actions like normal customer.
