Create an additional “salesperson” resources

  • Sales rep: Users with this role can access a tab in the admin panel to manage customers, orders, and quotes assigned to them.

Create accounts for Magento sales rep and admin sales rep

The next step is to create users and grant them the created Sales Rep and Admin Sales Rep roles.

The users, then, can login with the username and password.

In addition, you can tailor some information about the representative to show it in My Account of the customers.

Notify customers of the assigned dealers

At the time that a customer is assigned under the management of the sales representative for Magento, an email notification will be sent. In the future, when the customer switches to another seller, he/she will also be informed.

The information of the representative is also visible in My Account so that the two can connect to each other easily.

Take over customers in the sales user’s view

In the admin panel, the representative is able to access and take over the grids of customers and orders. The interface is similar to that of the store admin’s view.

In terms of the admin representative, he/she will have customers, and orders of all representatives recorded.
